Improving greening the proposal would improve greening to the surrounding area to bring benefits for the local area and community. The proposal will make Maxilla greener, healthier and more attractive for the neighbourhood. Planting trees and creating green spaces will increase the biodiversity in the area, improve air quality and remove toxins from the soil.

Health and Wellbeing the proposal aims to continue the process of renewal in the area and create a setting for the community to remember the past, treasure the now and look forward to the future. A key objective of the new centre will be to address and improve the health and wellbeing of our local community through programmes and activities.
